SHIPPING DELAYS

There are currently no known delays.

SHIPPING POLICY AGREEMENT

Through processing an order online or an over-the-phone mail order, you are agreeing to our ‘Shipping Policy’, if you do not agree with our policy then do not place an order with our store.

In this policy the use of ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’ and “Peppers Australia” refers to Peppers Australia Pty Ltd.

POSTAL SERVICE

Peppers Australia uses Australia Post for the all phone and online orders within Australia. For overseas orders, we also use Australia Post who then use a third party shipping company at their discretion.

All parcels are sent via e-Parcel and require a signature on delivery unless the buyer has stated that the item can be left on premises in a secure location.

If your postcode falls outside of our delivery zone we will contact you with delivery options and arrange payment where applicable. If you do not wish to proceed with the order all monies paid will be refunded and the order cancelled.

Express post is available online at the time of checkout. From time to time, Peppers Australia may switch this option off.
If this option is not visible on the website. Please email admin@peppersaustralia.com.au for more information. Express option on request at your expense.

TRACKING

All orders will carry a postal tracking number. You will be notified of your purchase tracking number via email as soon as your parcel has been dispatched.

You can check these tracking numbers through the Australia Post website.

COST

Products over 2 Litre in size are categorised for the purpose of shipping as a “Bulky item”.

Peppers Australia offers free STANDARD shipping throughout Australia for ALL orders of “NON-BULKY” products with a cart value of $150.00 and above, with the exception of some isolated and remote locations where additional delivery charges may apply.

A flat rate fee of $15.00 for standard shipping will apply to all orders of “NON-BULKY” products (maximum individual product size of 2 Litre) with a cart value of $149.99 and below.
A flat rate fee of $15.00 for EXPRESS shipping will apply to all “NON BULKY” orders of $199.99 and below.
A flat rate fee of $20.00 for EXPRESS shipping will apply to all “NON BULKY” orders over $200.00.

PLEASE NOTE INSURANCE IS NOT INCLUDED IN STANDARD SHIPPING. If you require insurance on your item please contact orders@peppersaustralia.com.au.

Items marked with ‘Bulky Item’ on our website are exempt from free and flat rate delivery.

Bulky items can be picked up from Peppers Australia’s click and collect locations.

Alternatively, the consumer can arrange their own transportation to the delivery address and pay all associated charges.

All postage and associated costs displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars, GST inclusive.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

Provided that the products ordered are in stock and the full payment has been received the delivery time can take between 3-10 business days (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays) from the date the payment is received. For remote and isolated locations, or busy periods this delivery time may be longer.

If the products are not in stock and need to be ordered then this delivery time will extend beyond the previously outlined delivery time frame of 3 – 10 business days. For the current status of your order please contact customer service at orders@peppersaustralia.com.au.

Please contact our mailing house on orders@peppersaustralia.com.au for advice on international shipping orders and time frames.

Postage costs for all international orders are POA.

Although every effort is made to ship your order according to the estimated delivery times provided, delivery times may vary due to changes in supply, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us.

We will use all reasonable efforts to deliver your order to you within the estimated delivery time indicated on your Order Confirmation; however, we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame.

RECEIVING YOUR ORDERS

We provide tracking numbers for all orders, for your convenience.

Overseas orders are posted using basic tracking and require a signature upon arrival, unless other prior arrangements have been made.

Unless otherwise indicated, we will deliver your order to the address indicated on your Order Confirmation.

All risks and costs associated with providing an incorrect delivery address shall remain with the customer.

We are unaware of any current Shipping Delays.
